What is reiki?

Reiki is an ancient relaxation process that helps with healing, releasing emotional burdens, and aligning the body and mind. It is an opportunity for you to take time for yourself to rest and center, aided by directing the body's energy to flow freely again.

My name is Lara, I'm a level 2 Reiki Practitioner. My interest in energy work started many years ago, beginning with a love for crystals! I'm also an illustrator and writer, so my fascination with all things mystical, unique, or colorful is deeply rooted. Through both reiki and illustration I hope to offer a moment of healing, a bit more joy in the everyday, and inspire you to reconnect with your inner child and your restful grounded self.

I am experienced with intuitive readings, cord cutting, distance healing, chakra work, meditation, and using singing bowls and crystals to supplement my process.

Currently I'm available for bookings at Sanctuary on Main on Sundays and Mondays! My main hours are from 10am to 7pm, however if you're interested in a time outside these hours just let me know and we can be flexible.
